Installation of the Stands
- The stands will be installed on 03.10.2012.
- No equipment carriage and construction will be allowed except for the hours that will be announced later.
- We are going to construct stands with standard equipments for the companies who are not going to install their stands with their own equipments..
- We request not to extend over the allocated areas and make the arrangements in a way that won’t violate neighbor stands.
- For every 12 m2 stand, each company will have 1 free registration.
- The installation of the booths will be accompanied by our agency personnel.
- The stand areas will be open during 04-05 October 2012.
- The company representatives must stay in the stand during exhibition hours.
- Our agency will not be responsible for the situations like loss and theft.
- It is forbidden to bring food and beverage into the congress center. In that case the center is authorized to charge determined price to the company. Please contact our agency personnel for the food and beverage you request.
- It is forbidden to hang or stick anything on convention center walls. In that case the company will be responsible for the damages himself.
- Our agency and the congress personnel are not responsible for the general cleaning of the stands.

No responsibility will be accepted for uninstalled booths between announced hours.
Transportation of Materials
The company is responsible for the transportation of their own materials to and from the congress center.
However, participants, who request for storage, must contact with company. Storage facilities is available. During the congress, participants who desire a portable and / or storage of any material can store under the supervision of our authority.
Registration of the Company Representatives
Each company will have 1 free registration. Please inform our agency about the name(s) of the representative(s) who are going to participate free and also the representatives who are going to participate with paying their registration fees until 15 September 2012.
Food and Beverage Services
Requests submitted in writing to our agency for food and beverage service that is demanded so as to service to guests at congress center. The food and drinks will be served at the Convention Center along with your company logo can be used glasses and napkins. All food and drink orders will be taken by our agency. Otherwise, food and drinks from outside will not be allowed. Food and beverage service that will be in stands and activity areas and detailed information of all kinds of activity and flow time should be notified to agency until 15 September 2012.
Entrance to Exhibition Hall
All the company representatives can enter to exhibition hall one hour before the opening. All the company representatives and stand responsibles must carry their badges. No entrance will be allowed without badges. The congress participants won’t be allowed to enter to exhibition hall before the opening hours.
Fire Instructions
All the materials which will be used at the congress center must be made of non-flammable material.
The placement of the companies in the stand areas must be done in compliance to the fact that they should not block the fire alarm, fire warning system device and the fire engine.
Security
Our agency will provide the security of the congress center and congress materials until the end of the congress. But this will not make our agency responsible of any loss or theft. It is recommended that the companies insure their materials for any situation like loss, theft, damage, etc.
